Cells inoculated with  VLP-Wuhan ( E,S, M&M-mCherry), pre-treated with an Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 (CR3022 clone) antibody. Antibody pre-incubation precipitated most of the VLPs, preventing cell entry by effectively reducing their free concentration.
