Vero E6 cells expressing Dynamin-GFP treated with VLP-Wuhan:(E, S, M&M-mCherry). The VLPs are red, because of the tagged M with mCherry, and the cell is green because of the tagged Dynamin with GFP. The short-lived yellow foci show co-localization between Dynamin-GFP and SASR-CoV-2 M-mCherry and are markers for scission event.
